Weight Loss Program

Atlanta Wellness encourages natural weight loss and weight management through maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Our services include consulting in a healthy lifestyle, diet and exercise programs. This comprehensive one month program will kick start your lifestyle changes needed to lose weight and improve your overall health. This program is ideal for those with a BMI of 40 or higher and a sedentary lifestyle. It includes:

Fitness Assessment: Meet with a certified personal trainer to assess weight, body measurements, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility. Body composition will be measured including weight, body fat %, body water %, muscle mass and more.

Initial Nutrition Profile and Follow-up Counseling Session: Meet with a Registered/Licensed Dietitian for a one hour evaluation and education session. You will bring food journals to the session to discuss your current habits. In two weeks you will meet again to discuss your progress, review your food logs and learn more about nutrition.

Eight Personal Training Sessions: Meet two times a week with a certified personal trainer for a total of 8 Sessions. Your trainer will develop an exercise plan for you based on your goals and assessments.

One Unlimited Group Fitness and Yoga Classes
