Personal Training
Personal Trainers are available to help you develop an exercise routine designed to meet your specific needs and goals. Sessions will include strength training, flexibility training, consultation on diet/lifestyle and cardio routine. Our trainers will develop a routine that meets you where you and takes into account you current fitness level. You will have support and accountability to help you stay focused. It is recommended that you start your journey with a fitness assessment to assess your current fitness level and discuss your personal goals with your trainer.

Private Yoga
Private yoga sessions are useful for people who are recovering from an injury, new to yoga, uncomfortable in a group setting or people who have been practicing a while and would like to take their practice to the next level. Individual instruction will help you develop a true understanding of the yoga poses and breathing techniques at your own pace rather than of trying to keep up with the speed and distractions of a group class. Your private instructor can help you develop a series of poses for your own practice at home based on your personal goals.

Weight Loss Program
We offer a one month weight loss program that combines personal training and nutrition services for a discounted price. This program is ideal for those with a BMI of 40 or over and a sedentary lifestyle. We also offer discounts on nutrition services for those who buy personal training packages.
