Massage Therapy
Swedish
A light flowing massage focusing mainly on relaxation with no deep trigger point therapy.
Deep Tissue
similar to Swedish massage, but pressing deeper to stimulate the muscles more effectively.
Neuromuscular Therapy
Focusing on individual muscles to decrease pain, release toxins trapped in, and to get the knots out. Focus is on the belly of the muscle then the attachments.
Pre-Natal
For women after the first trimester. To relieve back pain, sciatic pain, and to keep the blood flowing to relieve tension due to the extra weight. Very effective and wonderful for relaxation.
Reflexology
