Led by certified personal trainer Christine Truhe, these training sessions utilize the latest and most effective training methods used in the industry. Focus is on overall wellness and conditioning. The Program is designed to improve stamina, decrease body fat/lose weight, strength/muscle mass. Special emphasis is placed on improving flexibility. Boot Camp price: $275 for four week program
(12, 75 minute sessions in evening
