New Year Group Fitness Bootcamp
Eliminate weight loss plateaus and maximize your workouts with our new Body Sculpt/Cardio Boot camp.This group training series is designed to help you introduce variety to your workouts and keep you motivated. The objective is to teach how to utilize a variety of workout methods such as free weights, machines and cardio equipment such as treadmill, stationary bikes, elliptical machines and more.
Each session will include 30 minutes free weights/machines, 20 minutes of H.I.I.T. cardio utilizing different methods and then 10 minutes of stretching. H.I.I.T. stands for High Intensity Interval Training and is an extremely effective method of cardio that allows you to burn more calories during your workout as well as afterwards, making your cardio workouts more efficient. how to workout smarter.
